non-refundable.

- REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
(a) To request a refund, please send an email to info@donatekaro.com within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:
- Full name
- Donation amount
- Transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
(b) Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our decision shall be final and binding.
(c) If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days and credited via the original payment method.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
(a) Once a donation is made, it cannot be cancelled unless a valid refund request is raised under Clause 11.
(b) Recurring donations may be cancelled upon request before the next billing cycle.
